God bless America and all our citizens

What is the Roy Bean Society?

Roy Bean Society newly founded to be a powerful and effective government watchdog organization on the local level defending the American people against corruption, abuse of power and State Constitutional overreach. The Roy Bean Society will take aggressive steps to counter political corruption and similar malfeasance performed by public employees by insisting on transparency, accountability and integrity in government, politics. To that end, we provide financial support to investigate, expose and prosecute misconduct by government officials. And while we are proudly conservative – we are nonpartisan – holding all government employees and civil servants accountable disregarding any political affiliation.
The Roy Bean Society will be focused on recovering ill-gotten financial gains from civil servants and government employees whether appointed or elected. The targets will be limited to non-federal employees. These efforts will solely focus on those who have left office. Suites will be brought in local courts as civil cases brought under local and state civil codes, and State Constitutions. These suites will be brought only after the identified tortfeasor has left the employ of the entity where the alleged malfeasance was perpetuated.
Too often the tortfeasor is able to leave their civil position and face no repercussions due to lack of financial capabilities, legal knowledge, or sophistication of the plaintiff, petitioner, complainant, and claimant. Additionally in many instances a criminal case cannot be brought for lack of ability to prove criminal intent or lack of resources that can be expensed for this purpose by a community and ends there.
